Returns & Refunds

We charge a 10% fee for all cancelled items/orders, and a 20% re-stocking fee charged for all returned items.  The fee is based upon the current advertised full retail price of the item and will not consider discounts or coupons used at the time of purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept opened product for return or refund.

Returns will be accepted without question if an RMA is requested within 15 days of the original order ship date. Please e-mail us at sales@lifeproducts.com for an RMA number - this will allow us to identify the package when it is returned. Tracking, insurance, and delivery confirmation is strongly recommended on all returns.


The Fine Print ...

We do not accept returns and/or exchanges if you experience an allergic reaction with products we sell on our website. All of our product pages list ingredients. It is your responsibility to printout the product specifications so that you may present them to your medical doctor for advice, warnings, guidance and dosage amounts dependant on your individual needs. We do not employ anyone on staff qualified to give out medical advice and therefore are not responsible for unexpected reactions brought upon the consumption of any and all products we sell.
If you are pregnant or sick you should always get the advice of a health care professional. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results will vary from person to person. Self medication is never a good idea - if you have a serious illness or disease, we always recommend that you see a medical professional.
